Training Cancellation Policy

Wellness Works Canada reserves the right to cancel or postpone training due to under-enrollment, instructor illness or inclement weather. If training is cancelled, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. Refunds will only be provided in the event a workshop has been cancelled by Wellness Works Canada.

For courses that are cancelled or rescheduled by the client, the date of the cancellation or rescheduling determines if the course is still payable, in part or in full, as follows:

• 45 or more days: Fully refundable

• 30-44 days: 50% refundable

• Less than 30 days: Payable in full

As outlined in our policy for Mental Health First Aid, individuals who redeem access codes for the learning management system and subsequently fail to attend the scheduled session, or neglect to reschedule, will incur a $75 fee. This fee must be paid within 30 days.
